      Close to home. That was the only pro

      If I could give less than 1 star I would. The cons are too many and various to go into detail here. The most important and pertinent is the way management speaks and talks to employees. It's atrocious. They speak in a belittling, and condescending manner to employees in front of other managers/employees. Constant reminders that the treatment is to "mold you into the person they need".

      salary-benefits- the floor employees are amazing people.

      Cons

      treated badly, insults by management, unfairness towards floor employees, heat, forced overtime all the time, they just don't give a damn about you, basically a shut up and work facility.
