Pay could be better with similar food plants within 50-60 miles; machines need fixing beyond what onsite maintenance can do; more consistence with all employees; and better set up of pack-off areas.
They offer free beverages for break. Also give a bi weekly perfect attendance bonus. Staff are easy to get along with.
Cons
Long hours. Too much overtime. Work 50-70 hours a week and most of the time it's not vaulintary. Management only cares about numbers and not people. Wages are not that good for what you deal with there.
