Pros

Bagel Fridays (if they remember to pay for it) + Espresso machine (if it wasn't broken)- Literally the only reason it gets an extra star Trying to think of anything else that comes to mind... they had some good pens and markers in the office supply drawer. Free water bottles- it's important to stay hydrated when you're being worked to death in hell Working here as made me realize that I really could do anything because since I've left there is nothing that compares to the hell that I've endured. Every time I talk about worst job experiences with any of my new colleagues, I hands down always win... If you want career PTSD look no further!! If you are currently working here, there's a support group that you can join later.

Cons

Where to start... They do not care about their employees whatsoever. Every single person that has been with the company for more than a year is seriously delusional and also borderline alcoholics who drink at work to numb their pain of being at work. For the people who are talented and hardworking and actually care about their professional growth, the company completely neglects them. Seriously good luck ever getting a raise- top performers were given a "thank you" card with no bonus or raises in years. The others who stay become complacent and live up to the delusional hype that they are actually "revolutionizing" something when in reality it's nothing... all smoke and mirrors (you know who you are in sales/cs). All their brands continue to leave them or people on the team have to literally beg them to stay. If you plan on interviewing here, just ask them what the turn over rate is...every single talented person will leave and you will be left with the dilapidated crack head shack that is NuORDER. They are so caught up on looking cool and hip ... but don't let this fool you. This is not a growing company.. you are literally replacing the people who have been there long before you .. who got worn down and left. If you are also curious, go ahead and ask who you are replacing and why? Ask if they let go half the company in Feb 2016? Ask if people seriously stopped coming into work one day without giving notice? ( happens more frequently here) Why people quit without getting another job? (because they'd rather be homeless and unemployed then work there) ALSO- the positive reviews are MOST DEFINITELY FAKE. They had an employee from their London office email the entire company to write positive reviews on glassdoor since believe it or not clients look at glassdoor as a measure of vendors in good standing. Deals have been lost because NuORDER is not a stable place or company to work for and work with. People who wrote "good" reviews are liars and brown nosers b(you know who you are...) and the same people who wrote these good reviews have asked for referrals to work elsewhere. Literally as people leave to get real jobs at real companies, these people hit everyone up to get referrals.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, Heath insurance, 401K

Cons

Whenever nuorder sees a negative Glassdoor review, they have someone from upper management write a positive one to tip the scales. Please take these negative reviews seriously, because they are truthful while the positive ones are only because someone was asked to write one. There is no coincidence that after every negative review another one pops up about 2 weeks later saying they are so “blessed to be there”. More like “terrified to loose my job so I’ll do anything to make my boss happy” although that doesn’t even secure you job security..

Pros

Location? Pretty people? Not sure one actually exists

Cons

It's a ridiculous company. I can assure you that any of the positive reviews were given by one of two types. Either they're new and naive (not likely), or they are there and have been asked to review positively - hint: Glassdoor, you may want to figure out a way to stop this.
