Pros
Most co-workers were great to work with on projects. Pay was well within range for the work. Generally flexible work hours.
Cons
On boarding process is a bit of joke. Very little information given at start of job and you have to do a lot of work on your own to get to the processes down. Questioned on expenses constantly regardless of amount. Benefit package (health/dental) is below average and costly for families. Company claims to be family focused but definitely didn't feel that way towards the end of my employment. Seem to reward people local to Detroit area more than those that work remote - skill level and experience become null and void unless you're in their Bloomfield Hills office every day.

Pros
Coworkers are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, the work is really interesting on most assignments, ability to work from anywhere, and leadership is open and willing to have conversations
Cons
Smaller company, so the effect of one difficult person can be amplified; luckily this is very rare
