      Pros

      Good team environment in Operations team, but work load was very heavy, and loans coordinators were expected to do everything to get the job done.

      Cons

      Being a sales oriented company, sales reps have a habit of coming in and just demanding for things to be done, and frankly they are a little coddled by the territory manager.
