Unrealistic Expectations and Toxic Culture
This organization has become the Wells Fargo of credit unions—obsessed with aggressive sales goals that often push employees toward unethical behavior just to meet numbers. The focus on constant growth through mergers sounds impressive, but the reality is very different: there's no investment in proper staffing to support that growth. Employees are overworked, spread thin, and unsupported.
Upper management is unprofessional and seems to operate more like a high school popularity contest than a leadership team. Rather than supporting staff or addressing operational issues, they double down on pressure and micromanagement. If you're looking for a healthy, ethical work environment with real support and integrity, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere
