mostly wfh, many do 100% wfh and there is no issue. obviously if someone is not performing they are asked to go to office sometimes. But not mandatory. Clients are long term and stable companies. Most employees are working from long time like in the range of 5 to 15 years.

Cons

Salary hike is single digit. Last hike after 18 months was 5%. Before that it was 9%. There is benefit other than salary.
