Too many and too deep and too late:
1 - Inexperienced Senior Management with startups, who never took product to life before Nuclera. Lack leadership and accountability when things didn't go right in a high stake environment. Created a large corporate and 'yes men' culture eventhough it only housed 100 people organisation.
2 - Experienced people were voiced over or even removed and treat employees as short term disposables even against many committed individuals. Some managers blame it on natural startup weather, when everyone else says it mismanagement, mismanaged resourced on fantasy and who refuse to learn from past mistakes so to it 'face value' and so keep repeating itself.
3 - Unique technology, but without the technical people behind it and customers start noticing it.
It bad for the product, bad for the company and bad for the people working inside.
