One thing I admit they had the best company culture and flexible schedule.

Nucleus Biologics as a company claims to be gmp but really when they want to. Super unorganized company when it came to production and planning. The CFO was a complete joke too. He is clueless when it comes to the biotech industry. His poor financial planning has caused this company to go down. They owe so many vendors money that the vendors are not supplying them with supplies. The processed there are never consistent. Every inch of penny they are scraping. Wouldn’t recommend working for this place. They’ve had 3 layoffs in a matter of months and reducing buildings due to financial reasons.

The team was who made the conditions bearable.

Cons

Toxic work environment starting at the very top with the CEO down to the manufacturing manager. Management has zero respect for their team. All they care about is production with a skeleton crew and less than favorable conditions. Lots of nepotism . No opportunities to work your way up. No possibility for work life balance. If you voice your thoughts or concerns or point out an issue you would be retaliated against. No one is seen as a human or valued for their work or sacrifices.
