      Pros

      This is the most supportive culture I've ever been a part of. Everyone on the team is passionate and always willing to help one another succeed. The Nudge mission is compelling and ambitious, and I'm honoured to be a part of making it come to life.

      Cons

      Growing companies are always changing and evolving, so you need to dig the fast-paced environment.

      Pros

      Nudge has been a great place to kickstart my career. They've worked with me to find the areas I'm interested in and have allowed me to grow in to new and challenging roles.

      Cons

      Benefits / perks don't quite compete with larger tech companies, although they have a great learning budget for members of the tech team.

      A lot of autonomy. Great people to work with. Good benefits. Ample time off.

      Departments are siloed. Lack of transparency when it comes to business performance, equal treatment of employees, & decision making.
