      Nothing is PRO about this firm

      They lie about being in big data. There is nothing that they do in Big Data The CEO is highly unprofessional and rude. He has no sense of strategy and growth and lies that the company is funded by a VC - but would not say which VC.

      self learning , most of the employess do a lot of self learning, no work in office

      Cons

      No professionalism, Politics, Worst senior management, no work ethics, no proper payment of salaries on time, no motivation , company had not grown since last 3 yrs , only 20 -25 employess, they say they do analytics , they do all other work..no retaining good employees, CEO had no vision to grow this company...people always feel insecure when they loose job...lot of people- left

      Nothing great as such- only they pay you higher without providing any benefits to you

      Cons

      Worst companies to work for. They treat you like a slave and expect you to work all the day round. Top management doesn't know anything- they only speak good English that's it. CEO is pathetic- doesn't understand analytics.
