Lot of good and undervalued people. Ability to learn industry needs and secrets. Agriculture industry will always have a future (people need to eat).
Cons
Company went into multiple transformations having leadership, strategy, technology, culture and talent issues. Too much politics everywhere. Marionette management is primarily relegated to operational issues. No teamwork, bosses will never stand for their employees. Absence of feedback loop back from top level. Lack of constrained strategic planning leads to unrealistic expectations. Huge trust and dependency of third party delivery partners (consultants) without any quality control leads to "sub-optimal" and questionable decisions.
