The Coherent acquisition brought much needed structure and a higher level of organization not previously had at the East Granby site. Lots of room to grow within the company with a more recent emphasis on hiring talent from within.

The usual growing pains found when changing from a small company feel to a more corporate style structure, however the changes have mostly been for the better.
