Pros

Owner is a great guy. They offer free cert/classes/lessions/materials for any passed certs and reimbursement for 1 failed cert per quarter. Pay is fine for a starter IT job

Cons

Feels like a youth group, prayers before company meetings will make you feel singled out if you are not religious. Bad managers kept for internal politics, good managers jump ship or get kicked. Good performance is not rewarded or acknowledged. You will not get yearly or even over multiple year raises unless you fight tooth and nail. Slim opportunity for advancement and only if you get along with the right people. You will be overworked and under constant pressure with little time due to workload. All technicians will be "requested" (see highly coerced with vague notions of losing positions or opportunityfor advancement) to work on-call shifts roughly once every month and a half on a rotating schedule that require you to answer the phone regardless when they call (24 hours a day) which you will be written up for if you miss.

Pros

Amazing new hire training program if you have never worked in tech before this is the place to be. CEO is amazing to work with. Paid certification training while on the job.

Cons

Retirement and 401K can be reworked in my opinion.
