They are extremely biased, sexist, and unprofessional. The way I was treated is absolutely unacceptable to anyone in the construction industry. The management will belittle you, laugh at you on the job site, treat you like complete garbage while you are putting in all effort, and leave you leaving in tears. There are MULTIPLE employees who have expressed their concerns, quit, and things have still not changed.
