      Free coffee, fruits, water, snacks

      Cons

      The promised bonus system sounded great in the interview, but in reality, the targets were unrealistic. Management seemed more focused on cutting costs than supporting employees. If you’re looking for a structured, well-organized logistics company, this might not be the right place.

      Pros

      Good salary, and incredible clients who knows exactly the services that they need.

      Cons

      The majority of the employees are not having manners, are disrespectful, can't work in a team, and they can't speak Dutch, German or English. Moreover, the communication is awful and the working hours are changing almost every week. Impossible to keep a balance between job and private life. There isn't "time to time" and the overtimes are not paid neither.
