      You can Make your own schedule

      Cons

      You show up at a facility and not be on the schedule and get put down as a no call no show even after you show them a screenshot of you not being scheduled. We don’t have the staffing persons number and rely on them to contact the facility but they don’t respond after a certain time period

      You will likely know more than the executives. They only seem to have the money and no brains.

      Cons

      Owners are reactive instead of responsive. They turn over employee's based on their own personal agenda and have no disregard towards human nature. They have no business running a company.
