Upper mgmt, owner, unrealistic expectations, stress. this company will work you so hard until you have a mental breakdown or until you quit or get fired from making a mistake from all the pressure

Insight into the Security Alarm business, and opportunity for advancement... Just don't ask for a raise!

Cons

Unstable and intense work environment. Almost every employee besides the Sales Team is expected to take on an ungodly work load. Training for most positions is minimal at best. The Owner has a tendency of degrading employees and is quick to rid of you if it means saving him a few bucks. Nobody should get to comfortable working at NuTech, after you receive your first raise you're already being put on the chopping block.

Paid each week, dress code, lower staff being excellent co workers.

Cons

- During the time I was there, the place was a revolving door,I can recall of over 30 people walking out on there own, either being from having enough or tired of the same ole issues. - Upper management lacks people skills, expects employees to perform miracles. - Training is pathetic, equipment was so outdated that was offered. - The ability to get a raise was close to impossible. - Most staffers members are on pins and needles. - Very very stressful environment, when it doesn't need to be
