Got Holiday Allowance Family Care Leave Got AWS and VB OT is paid(allowance) Good working environment if you get to know the team. Helpful colleagues
Cons
Micro managing Required OT. If you are efficient and can do your job within working hours, people will think that you don’t have enough task. Will give you more task until you must have OT. Fresh grads but graduated in well known local schools can get higher post than those with working experience and already working few years in the company.

1.Learnt a lot of assembly , alignment , drill hole ,tapping skill 2.Good company benefit (Aws , bonus, yearly travel allowance ) 3.Not too stressful working environment
Cons
1.Machine drawing not updated, Some mistake happened on repeat job 2.Less career Development 3.Lower Basic salary, have to OT a lot
