      Revolving Door at Nutiva

      Pros

      Pure organic food products and commitment to providing quality ingredients. Good presence in the organic food industry from a marketing perspective.

      Cons

      The CEO, John Roulac, is a very unstable guy. He can't keep any good employees for very long - there has been a revolving door at Nutiva since its inception. He has a reputation as a micro-manager with very poor interpersonal skills - both inside the Company and in the industry. His personal ethics are also questionable. I would not recommend this Company to anyone looking for a stable, ethical place to work.

      Pros

      I've never worked in a more supportive environment. The staff is amazing. We care for one another, are dedicated to our products and corporate message. I enjoy coming to work each day and trust that my colleagues are giving it their all. My direct manager is incredibly fair, stable and balanced -- by far the best manager I've had in my career. Overall, it's a great feeling knowing you're working for a company who is trying to do it "right," with its 1% program and dedication to organic food and environmental sustainability.

      Cons

      The upper management often shift directions at the last minute, which is part of being a small entrepreneurial company.
