Incompetent leadership terrified of skilled employees results in retaliatory firings

Good vacation package with three weeks available to use in one long vacation (if you desire to do so) after completing only six months of full-time employment. Most other companies only start you off with two weeks which must be accumulated at a rate of roughly 1 day per month.
Cons
Extremely mind-numbing work needs to be repeated each day with no chance of variety, cross training or opportunities to learn new things of interest. And forget about promotion opportunities. The harder, faster and more motivated you are, the more threat you become to your supervisor; quality employees either leave after several months of unfair treatment including outright lies and having to endure continual beratement...or get fired for reasons which are fabricated if not downright ludicrous.
