      Flexible hours for making schedule

      This company is horrible. Hired me to work part time, then a month later they call me to say “this facility doesn’t need a part time person anymore” and just lets me go. Now if you want to leave them, you need to sign your life away that you’ll give them 30 days written notice. But they just call you and tell you it’s your last day like it’s nothing. So disrespectful. I’ve never been treated like that in my life. Don’t even try and make it easy for you such as let you stay until they find another place for you, or give you the months notice that they require from you if you leave. I would discourage anyone from working for this pathetic company.

      It is a job. You can learn a lot as they have high standards. However the standards can be stressful.

      Cons

      They go into facilities and contract out dietitians. They promise to save the facility money and many times the dietitian gets paid less and worse beneits along with stricter guidelines that make their jobs much harder. They are greedy. I saw how much they were charging the facility which was more than twice what I used to get paid. It's terrible to do that to fellow dietitians. They should be deeply ashamed.

      Good educational opportunities. Friendly culture.

      Cons

      They come into facilities and contract out dietitians for about $10K-$15K less per year and then cut their benefits for 90 days. Welcome to the team! The worse part is they are a company comprised of Dietitians. It is called GREED.
