      Random, illogical CEO behavior injects tension and fear in an organization made up of normal people. Not everyone reacts to fear admirably. Plus it's unpleasant.

      Read all the bad reviews to get a true taste. Do not relocate for this job. Do not leave a good job for this job. You will be clocked in and out, not trusted, and be hung out to dry by certain people to cover their butts, the list goes on.

      Closed over Christmas. 401K/ Profit Sharing.

      Cons

      The company presents itself as team oriented environment where the ideas and opinions of employees are valued. NOTHING could be further from the truth. Owner and Sr. Management view employees as subservient to them. 40 years out of touch with best practice employers. Sexism and racism are excepted behaviors. Profess to be a “Christian” company, while repeatedly skirting around the intent of law for Owners self interest and benefit.
