Impotent management & poor communication between departments. Sr. leadership consistently changed direction of projects, often when nearly at the finish line. High turnover & we seldom knew when someone had been "let go" - We often found out about it when projects that we thought were underway were stalled because the person was no longer employed. The idea of "innovation" is abused & not practiced.

It's a family business company. No room to grow ,horrible compensation, salaries under national average. Top managers and directors are family , one of them scream the name of employees like a circus. No ethics in products , they just think about profit. Managers are not prepared at all just being there because of br*** nosing . Stay away from there , I deleted my experience from there on my resume.
