Pros
Nutrifix was a fantastic place to work. I gained a huge amount of experience working there and really enjoyed my time throughout. There was great team morale. We were always encouraged to think big and it was a delight to be involved from the lively team brainstorming sessions right through a plan's fruition. There was always a strong sense of mutual respect among the team which I greatly valued. There was a lot to learn from one another and it was always a friendly and inspiring environment to work. Joel was a fantastic leader and boss whom I gained a lot of respect for. He always set time aside for weekly catchups and I learned a great deal from him professionally.
Cons
Working within such a small team sometimes meant being landed with jobs I was unfamiliar with. But in the long term, I found this greatly beneficial in my growth professionally, providing me with more of a rounded skillset and contributed to my overall confidence.

Lots of responsibility from the get-go Everyone is working towards a shared goal / ambition for Nutrifix Lots of room for growth in a supportive environment Great team - positive people with growth mindsets Work-life balance is supported eg. flexible start time / can attend a gym class during day
Cons
No cons, however if you are a person that needs a lot of guidance - this is not the place for you. Drive / self motivation / confidence are key personality traits here.
