Lots of equipment to learn in the manufacturing side of the business. Lets you understand how mostly all warehouse, manufacturing, and large corporations function; not just Nutrilite.

Cons

You need to do all the work yourself. For example, set up a 401k, research benefits like tuition reimbursement, and most of the help comes from their headquarters in Michigan. Adding a 3 hour to full day delays in communication.
