Pros
Working at Nutrisense was one of the best decisions of my life. I met great people, learned a ton, and strove each day to perform at a high level. There was a lot of flexibility which was huge for me, trust, and a personal growth plan. A wonderful chapter in my career. Nutrisense is always in my heart.
Cons
You aren't really micro-managed, not necessarily a con, but it's not for all people. I loved the trust - but some people want step-by-step directions to go about their job.
