Pros

I just started here a few months ago. I was honestly worried about the reviews that I saw on GD and asked about these reviews in each interview. I can assuredly tell you now that I’ve been here a few months now, that if that was the culture before, it is no longer that way. The teams are very supportive of each other. There is no backbiting or lack of transparency. The company is stable and the vertical we support is stable. I can easily say that this is a great company to work for. Overall, I am very happy I decided to join the team.

Cons

Just typical smaller company challenges - nothing outstanding to mention.

Pros

There are great people that work here, who truly care about each other. 2 of the founders have real heart and care about people. (but unfortunately are minimally involved)

Cons

This organization operates in a culture of fear. Employees are discouraged from speaking openly or engaging in healthy, constructive dialogue, as doing so often leads to retaliation or termination. The CEO promotes an unsustainable work-at-all-costs mentality, pushing new initiatives that demand even greater effort from an already overextended team. His overemphasis on AI appears driven less by innovation and more by a desire to replace human roles, leaving employees anxious and undervalued. There is also a persistent disconnect from reality regarding the complexity of our product. Rather than addressing structural or strategic issues, blame is routinely placed on teams who are doing their best under difficult conditions. Compensation is far below industry standards, and bonuses offer little to no meaningful reward. Leadership decisions appear motivated by self-interest, not by a genuine commitment to the organization or its people. The CEO’s behavior toward employees lacks respect, recognition, and empathy—reflecting a leadership style driven by ego and greed rather than purpose and integrity. The result is a demoralized workforce and an environment where fear has replaced trust, and loyalty is met with exploitation instead of appreciation.

Pros

There isn’t anything to like about working for Nutrislice. I was overworked, underpaid, and harassed during my time with the company.

Cons

Managers are narcissistic clowns who have no idea what they’re doing. They fire employees for the smallest of reasons, only care about their demands being met, and continuously make terrible decisions because of their refusal to be held accountable for their mistakes.
