Pros

Fun place to work if you don't mind a startup, work-hard /play-hard vibe. Great product.

Cons

Culture needs help. Honestly would only recommend to guy friends. Extremely difficult to move up in the company if you are not a white male. Leadership is NOT diverse (company overall is not very diverse). Majority of employees are overworked and underpaid.

Pros

They hire great people and produce a great product.

Cons

They undervalue and under pay their employees. Most are overworked with little to no opportunity to move up within the company to gain more pay. Leadership and accountability are lacking.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance, work from home opportunities, active lifestyle company, young and active employee base, rapidly growing, opportunities for career growth. Very transparent company leadership, company goals are very clearly communicated to all employees, and all employees are given a sense of ownership. Excellent policies on sick/vacation time and work from home. Nuun's customers and fans are passionate about Nuun products, and when you work for Nuun, you feel that appreciation. Customers may tell you that Nuun has changed their lives. You'll have the opportunity to participate in charitable events and causes that you believe in. Nuun's policies support employees who ask Nuun to support their own personal causes and endeavors.

Cons

Low-end compensation, medical/dental/vision insurance provided but not impressive, no 401k match, etc. Things you would expect from a smaller company. Nuun stands on the shoulders of young, enthusiastic employees, but the low-end compensation in an expensive city like Seattle can be tough for them. Frequent changes in top-level executive personnel leads to frequent changes in company culture and direction. This volatility can be a good or bad thing depending on your personality.
