Great engineering team with talented and knowledgeable people to work with. You gain a lot of experience making ppt slides for management. You can work from home when you want

CEO is all about himself -no servant leadership here, you are his servants -uses your personal information against you -takes credit for all successes and blames others -thinks he is in a startup but hides behind closed doors making ppt slides -can we rude at times interrupting you at will.

Excellent engineering directors that have worked in product development - not your typical "fail upwards" trope. One of the few engineering companies that work from requirements and hold design reviews with designers that know how to perform tolerance analysis. Keep up the good work, SysDev.

Extreme cost saving measures resulting in constant layoffs Bleak company future - where are the sales? Racist, unfriendly, angry CEO Pay and no bonus Upward growth - look elsewhere for it Spotify being blocked is wild Building is uninsulated and constantly feels cold in the winter and summer
