There is a lot of overworking going on in the organisation. 6 days weeks, 9 am VIDEO calls everyday. 6pm VIDEO calls everyday. Everyday many people are called out for not having their cameras on. Random comments on people's appearances in calls, gibberish discussions about wellness and unwanted advices to people. Lack of professionalism in terms of client discussion. Data collected is thrown at the clients to show accuracy but is almost always faulty, innaccurate and obsolete. Does not provide laptops to employees, usually employees HAVE to work on their self-purchased devices and then mocked when their cameras are bad. Non-existant HR. Avoid if possible. Avoid even if desperate.

Colleagues are not friendly, toxic culture , they don't focus on learning just want to implement as soon as possible . Its is a job for fresher, but expect you to work like experienced one. And for 3 months there is only 1 leave. Have to work on Saturdays and Sunday for a while. Resign to resign : the one who was leading me was giving me taunts, she don't have any manner how to talk. Not tolerative. She is very dominant and she even talk like this to tech team as well.
