      Ambitious start-up with chaotic work

      Pros

      Many really talented software developers with fantastic talent to learn from and work together with.

      Cons

      Some of the team leads make up fake performance reviews to be able to remove employees, and if a team lead is not willing to do this they get removed from their position. This meant my team was restructured many times.

      Roles are flexible so you must keep track of a range of information beyond only your role, which can lead to some confusion if not made very clear
