Pros

Because the company is still relatively new, there is a closeness and familiarity that can develop with a small amount of employees. Cool logo. Tasty Tuesdays and reasonable commute. There's always a lot of soft drinks and water to be had. Ability to contribute to many aspects of the operation because you're on the ground floor.

Cons

Newness means that there's always a change every few months (or weeks) and some of them were pointless or actually were worse than what replaced it. Unstable, uncertain employment. Inadequate training for all situations (particularly customer service/relations). No benefits whatsoever. Doesn't seem to understand its own product and the value of that product or how to market it or themselves.

The product just does not work and the customers recognize it quickly. Everyone talks a good game but can't back it up. Any time there is a customer issue management says its the sales persons fault. "You must have set the wrong expectation..."
