      Everything else, they don't value your time or anything you do. Tracy blueacher (CEO) is an incompetent leader and disconnected from the realities. Communication is very bare. You are devalued, treated like a number and expectations are higher than the sun. If you work less than 9hrs, you will be interrogated.
