Very low pay. Very expensive health insurance. Most importantly, departments are run by psychopaths that take pleasure in verbally abusing their employees. I asked HR why the company allows verbal abuse, and I told them about how I heard all of the people in my department say how they wanted to kill themselves. They responded with, "at least we don't condone physical abuse". What a joke. This place is a ticking time bomb run by narcissists who only care about themselves. If I could give a negative review I would.
