Lack of proper training (sink or swim especially for technicians). Owners/managers promise a lot but deliver on very little of what they promise. Employees are undervalued and not treated well by management. Management doesn't deal with their employees directly and often talk to everyone but the employee involved if there is a problem. Company is managed without a lot of strategic thinking or processes. Managers fly by the seat of their pants and base decisions off little or no data. Data they have is very poor.
