Pros
The VP of engineering, was really a great guy. I learned a lot from him. He is a leader. A real leader. Also, CEO and the CTO were really motivating, respectful, and have best vision. The major challenge at Nyansa is the delusion. Delusional engineers leads. I could not post my review before the 12 month ban they forced me to sign. Now, I can express my experience of this waste of time there. I learned that Nyansa was acquired for no value. VMWare acquired Nyansa for Zero dollars per option. The leaders had good offers though. The product only stores data and attempts to display visualizations. Has no merit or consistency. We had to dismiss over 90% of the data we receive. No scalability or operation support. They made very very bad design decisions. I left just after 1 year vest. Now, I regret cause all the options had zero value. What a waste of a year of my career. Many others felt the same. CEO, CTO, and VP are wonderful guys but failed to hire and trust the right people.
