      Cool work environment, young staff, great location, cool content, dogs in the office, sometimes celebs stop by, flexible schedule, open work space, weekly speakers (people who had high positions in the company)

      depending on department staff may not even say hi to you in the morning, too many interns that there is not enough work for everyone, unpaid
