      Small company, Third party HR

      Cons

      Inappropriate behavior from leadership. A LOT went down in all of 2024 that was pretty shocking consisting of 3-4 rounds of layoffs and other shady and inappropriate things happening behind the scenes. Tough business model to drive sales forward. It was a constant challenge past a certain point.

      Familial atmosphere and a bunch of mission driven folks really dedicated to doing the best they can with the resources at heir disposal.

      Cons

      Instability remains a concern with layoffs.
