      Extremely poorly managed company

      Pros

      Many talented employees, and in theory a very interesting place to work.

      Cons

      Management keeps making extremely poor decisions, then demanding that employees work hard to compensate for it . Work hours are excessive, workload extremely taxing, and the tone with which managers and employees are addressing each other is extremely harsh. Managers bullying employees, racism and sexism is rampant, and Swedish labor laws are systematically ignored.

      Pros

      Loads of Freedom (Swedish style), travel and friends. Good place to start working at.

      Cons

      Nepotism, loads of dinosaurs (worked >25 years for same company) with exceptional tunnel view and sometimes very un-ethical ways of doing buiness. 50% shareholder is Venezuelan government with the dictator Hugo Chavez running the country...
