Pros

Pay was ok if you don't mind weekends/nights and constant overtime

Cons

Everyone is expected to work overtime regardless of position or pay structure, everyone is scheduled for 48-50 hours per week. Terrible work and life balance. No room to grow for engineering. New hires are trained to operate machines and never touch engineering. Any initiative to get involved is squashed and ignored. There are at least a dozen folks with batchelors degrees in an engineering discipline working as machinists. They will not honor any time table. Once you're in the door they don't care anymore.

Pros

The benefits and pay compensation were good, and a majority of the people that work there are great.

Cons

The company misleads recent graduates with job titles, such as manufacturing engineer, to get you into the shop running machines. I was there long enough to see it was a ploy to get machinists, not engineers. There are at least 8 degreed engineers working as machinists, some of which have been in the same department for over a year, with no sign of movement. This is NOT the place to start your career.
