Pros
Honestly, when I look back at my time with this company I am hard pressed to find one single positive thing to say about it. The only positive to my time there was some of the people I met and friends I made while working there.
Cons
This company has issues. MANY issues. They have a incentive system they leverage to hit their yearly goals, but all while taking money out of their hard working employees. They claim these incentives make up for the low pay, but they also think people are too dumb to realize that higher pay would cost them more due to all the overtime they force employees to work.. on top of that they cannot leverage your hourly rate to hit profit numbers. Let me explain what I mean by this.. they have metrics in place that when hit equal a cash bonus for that month.. if they are hitting their profit goals for the year all is well and you can expect a decent bonus for that month, but the moment we call behind we MAGICALLY start to fail to hit any of those metrics. As a supervisor I know for a fact what those metrics are and what we were hitting.. I also know they were not paying employees for the bonus's they had earned. Something else that was alarming. We have people who have been at this company for 15+ years who make only a $1 more an hr than people we are bringing in off the streets. So it sickens me that someone fresh off the street with no experience is compensated to almost the same degree as someone who has 15+ years of experience and loyalty to the company.
