Pros
This company appears great up front. They have phenomenal reviews and a 40 year history. The past owner did a great job in building it up and creating a solid name.
Cons
None of the previous management or employees exist. The company was purchased and is a shell of it's former self, resting on its reviews from the past. Communication within the company is poor. It's a chaotic mess and the roofing inspector position is bottom of the barrel - and you will be made to know this. The divide in the office has created a horrible work environment. You will be asked to knock doors to get your own appointments (or told that you're not being part of the team - hello, marketing?). The company which acquired O'leary (Vertex Service Partners) has created a chaotic mess in every company it's purchased. Stay away at all costs.
