Pros
Shifts don't start until 3pm typically because the restaurant opens at 5 for dinner (no lunch shifts). The staff culture is amazing here. Everyone gets along very well and is helpful even during peak business hours. Management is respectful. It feels like the company really cares about their employees. We have a free "family meal" before almost every shift. The money is livable.
Cons
Very high tip out to support staff (appx. 25%) Clientele can be a bit demanding and rude (but most restaurants in Charlotte have this issue)
