Fun culture to work in with plenty of opportunity to get work produced and TV/Radio production experience if you are in the Creative Department.
Cons
The agency is top-heavy, a lot of chiefs, which makes pay raises difficult to come by. Maybe it's typical for most ad agencies, but projects seemed to have tight deadlines.
Good name on resume. Larger clients. Good location. Candy jar upfront was always stocked. Good people/ coworkers. Holiday parties. Free coffee and creamer.
Cons
Work load was uneven and unrealistic based on pay. Agency is too and bottom heavy. All the money went to pay management and not the employees doing the actual work. While I was there , there was several layoffs and people were doing the job that used to be done by three people.
