      Positive culture but lacks internal development

      Great people, open office environment, great wlb

      Cons

      Unfortunately, there recently has been a consistent pattern of hiring externally for senior and leadership positions rather than investing in internal talent development. This creates limited growth opportunities for existing employees and can be demotivating for those looking to advance their careers within the organization. It would be beneficial if the company implemented clearer career progression paths and prioritized internal promotions.

      Pros

      - HR team is fabulous and do their best to keep the culture strong, and in certain teams I think it is - Great benefits and a nice office - Tons of smart and motivated people

      Cons

      - Marketing dept definitely feels like working for a consulting agency rather than a brand - the marketing has gotten very spammy ie: offering sales all the time and being told you have to use phrases like "LIMITED OFFER" and "LAST CHANCE" when in fact those offers are available all the time. It's not terribly fun to be de-valuing your product with each marketing campaign that goes out - Some members of senior management get away with unprofessioanl behavior because of their status with the company

      Pros

      Working at O Positiv has been an incredibly positive experience. My manager is incredibly supportive and truly wants to help me grow professionally, and the culture overall promotes collaboration rather than competition. The people here are one of the best parts. My team is talented, friendly, and always willing to help. It feels like a workplace where you can be yourself and still achieve meaningful goals.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but Leadership seems committed to improving when/where needed.
