-Everyone is very hush hush on how things are actually done. Will have you do bid title pages for them for 2 years, but after constant asking of how they actually MAKE a budget, there was no time for that and was always pushed for another day
-An extremely non-diverse place (All White men and 2-3 White women), but if you do get in as a person of color, you are automatically a diversity hire and will be the only one
-HR is non-existent and won't respond back to back to you unless you Cc your boss
-I was laughed at when I asked for a review and a raise 1 year in (incredibly embarrassing, was a 10 second one-sided conversation and I wasn't the one speaking)
