Pros

Great people to work with, had the best time

Cons

Due to the location, it was very quiet, we’d spend hours with no work which could seem ideal but after awhile it’s soul crushing. Management were also not the best communicators but overall it’s okay temporarily

Pros

As well as all the benefits you get alongside o2, they’re a company who are interested in you progressing with your future, with o2 or not. University always came first and my manager would back me all the way. They are flexible, and there’s not too much pressure to sell, they just want you to do your best and progress.

Cons

Only downside in my store was there wasn’t much overtime, but that’s just because everyone would attend shifts
