Pros

Free gym membership. Great clients.

Cons

Everything is a con. i can't think of any reason why someone would want to work here. Getting yelled at every day. No HVAC at multiple sites. Broken equipment and people getting injured from it. Gossip is rampant. 5 seconds after telling someone anything the whole company knows and area managers and directors will be 1st to dish it out. Don't trust anyone. Toxic and manipulative people have been there way too long unsupervised and have infected the culture. All the good people quit in 2019 because of the area leadership. Micromanagement to the 1000%.

Pros

you can make decent money if you work yourself to death

Cons

There is a long list. Payroll is terrible. My paychecks were wrong more often than they were right and would be short money constantly that I would have to hunt down through HR. At one point in time they even overpaid me and then took it out of my next check. There was never a time that I wasn't constantly checking my paychecks to make sure that I wasn't being shorted money by this money hungry company. They work their trainers to death, hence why the turnover with employees is ridiculous. There was new trainers every single month because they can't hold onto anyone for too long. You can't even describe this position as a personal trainer, you should describe this position as fitness sales. The only thing they care about is selling expensive packages and making money. Your client's successes mean nothing to them unless you are selling them a more expensive package. Their sales tactics are aggressive and dishonest. I do not recommend working for this company at all.

Pros

Coworkers were very friendly and worked together well. The most members are wonderful to be around. Its a great feeling building personal relationships with them and helping then reach their fitness goals

Cons

FINANCIAL ISSUES. There have been many issues with paying employees especially within the past 6 months (tenured employees weren't surprised when there were issues - RED FLAG). Checks bouncing, personal trainers receiving over half of their check amounts a week later, having to wait to deposit checks because the company's account "experienced fraud", etc. etc. O2 pools all of their money to the clubs they're building then don't have enough left over in their accounts to pay employees on time or care for existing locations. This shouldn't be an issue. High turnover is common in this industry but many loyal employees are jumping ship because this company isn't stable. No financial security.
