      Flexible working; it's a great way to work but probably gone too far now People; hard working, friendly and many have the 'can do attitude' Great brand profile and new projects to work on

      Cons

      Lack a long-term vision for the business Culture; hard to pin people down due to the flexible working and makes the office soulless at times Meeting culture; limits flexibility and agility Takes an age to get things done due to outdated processes and approach Head office is a little outdated (IT /meeting rooms and workplace)
